Chicago held off Cleveland to win Game One of the ALDS after the Guardians' two-run opening inning was answered by three White Sox scoring plays. Braden Montgomery's two-run double put Chicago ahead in the sixth, and Chase Meidroth added an RBI single before Jo Adell's eighth-inning triple brought Cleveland within reach.
